Every celebration is a distinctive story waiting to unfold. To tailor a personalized quote, we'll delve into the specifics—hours of coverage, rehearsal dinner, the engagement sessions, and second shooters. 

As a general guide, investments start at:
  • $4750 for Weddings
  • $1850 for Weekday Elopements
  •  (Monday-Thursday)
  • $750 for Portrait Sessions (Engagement, Couple, Maternity, Proposal, and Family)  

*To note, I only take Santa Barbara Courthouse Elopements Monday-Thursday.

Friday-Saturday are reserved for projects that require a minimum of 6 hours of coverage beginning at $4750

Third, If you love the vibe, we will go ahead and lock in your date! I will send you over a contract and a invoice for the deposit. Once it's paid you're good to go!

frequently asked questions

What is your turnaround time to receive the final gallery?

  • Portrait sessions are delivered between 3-4 weeks
  • Elopements are delivered within 4-6 weeks
  • Weddings are delivered between 8-12 weeks
  • During busy seasons turnaround times are subjected to change.

Do you send sneak peeks?

  • Yes! Sneak peeks are delivered within 72 hours of me leaving your event!
  • Portrait sessions receive 5
  • Elopements receive 10-20
  • Wedding receive 50-100

Do you shoot film?

YES!!!! I adore film. It can be added to any package. There is something so nostalgic about it that you can NOT replicate with digital. Let me know if you want to add it to your package!

I don’t have my elopement date scheduled yet because it is still too far out to reserve, can I still book you?

Yes, we can totally still move forward with booking. But you will need a set date to book. People typically choose their date, secure their date with me, and then they just make sure they are on it by booking it with the courthouse as soon as they are able to. 

How do your wedding packages work?

I build out all wedding packages customly with each client. Every wedding is different and each couple has different wants and needs. We start with a base coverage, and from there we build it out together to make your dream wedding/weekend happen!

Do you travel?

Absolutely! You never have to convince me to hop on a plane for love…or anything for that matter. 

How much do you charge?

  • Portrait Sessions have a 1 hour minimum and start at $750
  • Weekday Elopements have a 2 hour minimum and start at $1850 (average investment is $2295)
  • Weddings have a 6 hour minimum and start at $4750 (average investment is $6150)

Do you work with second shooters?

I typically shoot 95% of all my weddings alone! But I encourage having a second shooter for weddings that are 150 +! Second shooters mean more angles, more perspectives, which means more photos of you and your loved ones!

How far in advance can I book you for my wedding?

I open my books for courthouse elopements no more than 6 months out of your date! Weddings are usually between 12-14 months out of your date. And Portrait sessions no more than 3 months out of your date! For weddings, honestly the sooner the better! 

Can I send you my pinterest board? There are some poses I would LOVE to copy.

I always tell my clients that I would love to see the vibe they are into, but I do not promise or guarantee that we can perfectly match your pinterest board. I have my own way of telling your story of the day and for the best most authentic images it's best to just let me work my magic. I also do not copy poses. I shoot in a more storytelling way rather than very stiff posing. 

So we have NEVER taken professional photos and have no clue how to pose. Do you help with that?

First off, that is 10000% normal. Most of my clients have never taken professional photos. This is why you hire me. Every single client I have ever shot has told me that I create a really fun and comfortable environment. By doing this you both will feel like you're able to let loose and be yourself. THAT is how the magic is created. So dont worry. I have your back. And trust me, it's not like some jcpenney shoot. It will feel like a couple of old friends laughing, trading stories, and having a good time. You'll leave the day feeling like, wait, THAT was it? That was actually fun and mellow.

What is your style?

My style is a blend of authentic cinematic storytelling, documentary, with an editorial flare. I act as a fly on the wall as much as possible to ensure that I am capturing your day naturally and authentically. I don't really like faking moments, rather, I help set them up and let the moment unfold and work itself. My posing is more so directing so we get that cinematic feel to them. I highly encourage my couples to bring in elements to their portrait sessions that feel like them so we can capture what I like to call, stills from a movie. Typically true documentary wedding photographers do not do posed family portraits, posed bridal party portraits, or even the couple portrait session part of a wedding day. This is totally up to you! I always encourage taking some time out of the day for couple portraits, we always have a blast and it goes by SO fast so it won't feel like some big photoshoot. But as far as the other portrait sections, that’s totally up to you. It is your day and I want you to be able to have those parts captured if you want. 

How many photos will I receive?

I give my clients a minimum of 50 final photos per hour, but lucky for you, I usually over deliver. 

Do you edit the photos? Can I have the raws?

Yes! I do take the time to edit your photos. It is one of the biggest parts of the job. I say my editing style is true to tone with a hint of that california-summer warmth. At this time I do not offer the raw images under any circumstance. 

What if you haven't shot at my venue before?

Never fear, that is TOTALLY normal. If you are able to do a venue walk through before let me know! I would love to join. If not, that's totally okay too. I usually show up a tad early to get the feel and vibe of the venue anyways.

Girl, I literally already know I want to book you!!! How do I secure you as my photographer?

First you'll inquire and if you are truly ready to rip I will shoot over a contract and the invoice for the 30% non refundable retainer. Once that is paid and the contract is signed you're GOLDEN.
